Cheats: JJCP, activator is "-test", also a custom command where you can set "level" of a tower, the command is -setlevel xx, where xx is the level.

Hint: Okay, so each tower can level up as it kill enough monsters, and the maximum level of each tower is 15 (you can see the rank symbol of each tower in the upper left corner of the interface.

so each time you kill mosnters, that tower will level up.

Tried to do that edit, but not sucess.
I will just fulfill with JJCP, if anyone have interest, can try CC on it.
