[NZCP + SHDR]TWRPG v0.63h (Latest as of 20/10/23)

Here is the SHDR'd version of the latest (as of 20/10/23) version of TWRPG. Dunno what's new with this one.

Also not tested, so kindly post bugs if any.

Changelog:
~Applied 99% drop rate on everything (at least I intended to).
~Put NZCP in it (default NZCP activator, read the NZCP page cause I forgot).
~For base game changes, refer to the changelogs of the official map. I don't modify much, just the drop rates and the pack.

EDIT: Also, if you want to modify the maps yourself, you can go to this link: tutorials-cheatpacks-f80/modifying-twrp ... 38997.html.

Hopefully the instructions are human-readable.

Also, all saves from ~0.60 to ~0.61 can't be loaded directly to v0.63h, so I mades a migration map posted in the comments here: https://forum.wc3edit.net/fulfilled-requests-f75/twrpg-v0-62u-t38889.html
