Thanks tcml. i tried using -xp # and it didnt seem to work after activating the CP. ALso -save didnt seem to work either. Is there something that makes single player mode not work?

Actually upon further inspection this map is an unstable version and I can't seem to find a stable version. You might want to close this post.
