Do you know what JNG stand for? It's stand for JassNewGen.
And deprotected map will make the unit/objects/items etc gone, you need to restore it manually. And basically, you don't need deprotect a map to edit 'its' stuff. Just do this simple step and it should works.
That tends to happen with deprotections. Just open the original, protected map in MPQMaster, extract the war3map.w3* files, and import them with the Object Manager in WE, edit , save.Now, open the edited map with MPQMaster again, extract the edited war3map.w3* files to anywhere you like ,close.Open the original, protected map and import the edited war3map.w3* files back into it. And you're done!
