I guess these both links may help you although it's not fully in english and it is quite hard to understand, but i'm able to fix this map using these guides below, not sure with other maps though

Some protections break bot-hosting. Moonlight, for example...

Does MPQ Header Corruption breaks bot-hosting? Even if I fixed the MPQ Moonlight but I still can't open the map with MPQ Master, Arieschan's too.

i know rebuild MPQ will fix it but as you said, lost a lot of files, that's the problem, since it's almost impossible to get a full listfile
