We seem to have a problem with people posting requests or wrong topics in the Fulfilled Requests section! We have warned these users many times, but it continues to happen. This is extremely sad and unbelievable. So, here I am posting guidelines for what you may post in this section, and suggest you to follow said guidelines if you do not want trouble from the staff. Here they are:

Only post a new topic in this section if:
- You edited a map that was never requested.
- You edited a map that was requested (and unfulfilled), but differently than requested, (if close to what they requested, please post in that topic with a link).

Yes, there's only two reasons why you should ever make a new topic in this section. If you fail to read and/or comprehend this message, you may be warned and/or banned. Use common sense, people.

Thanks for reading, and please don't be stupid: post in the Map Requests section for new requests.

Thanks again,
Xantan

We got a winner.

I think that HAS to be the record of bringing up an old topic. 5 years old.

Also, you should learn to read. He says you SHOULD post in Map Requests.

I recently put this topic back into use from the Broken fulfilled, since people are still stupidly posting in the wrong section. And what the guy replied with is supporting of my observation of a complete fundamental lack of people's general ability to read and comprehend to the slightest degree...

I don't really think anyone who would post a request in fulfilled would bother reading other topics in the forum, or the rules. We just have to keep moving them.

(There are of course exceptions, like people who don't speak English as a first language)

I think that you should just delete them, that way they will have to read rules.
Use google translator, its not perfect but you would understand on almost every language.
If you countinue to move, they won't care about that.

If we delete them, they just re-post it (They didn't know what they did wrong).

We tell them what they did wrong and move it so they can learn. If they do it twice or three times, -> warning.

How are you going to tell them if they don't know english? :D
If they don't understand you, they will do it over and over again.
Haxorizer free version might be good for people like that.
