Cot PoM FoC is a mod of CoT Plains of Medea adding new heroes and i believe the chaos world is also new. I would like to add more new heroes but after searching the internet I couldnt find anything that could hack this map. One site mentioned it as one of the most well protected maps whether or not thats true I'm sure

Thanks for the link world editor stops responding every time I try to open it i'm guessing my computer just cant handle it or is there some special way i have to open it?

No, My implication is that something with the new patch broke 1.24 WE from opening a specific type of map; E.G Deprotected.
