Can i use this to play in Single Player, but use the code to load for multiplayer?

Yes you can, just type -save and copy+paste the code down somewhere and use it in multiplayer or with other people on battle.net

v1.34b is unhostable for me in LAN as well as Single Player.

After selecting the map and when i press "Create Game", it will just return me back to the Local Arena Network page.

In Single Player, after selecting the map and press "Start Game", it just returns me back to the Single Player page.

Here's a weird problem, when i click on the map, it doesn't show any players or anything.
What do i mean?

Normally when you select a map, you can see "Open" "Open" "Open". Yep, those kind. You can change the "Open" to "Computer" or something. (Talking about Single Player)

But for the v1.34b, there isn't anything like that. It's totally blank.

Do you still have the v1.34 map which you posted a few days ago?

I have the same problem, maybe is there an error with deleting the "no single player" mode. So is it possible to have the map cheated and soloabled?
