eeeeee nooob, wanna show off? Go see an eyes doctor 1st la. noob eeeeeee
eeeee very very stupid le this noob. He never read any messages b4 he give comments.
eeeeee you feel ashamed of initiald being a staff member?
eeee I feel ashamed whenever you post. noob eeeeeeeeeeeee. cheeky cheeky noob eeeeeeee
================================================================= eeeeeee sevion very very noob le. He asked his fren georgemot to delete my post. nvm i post it here:
Code:
Code: scope bleh initializer ini globals private string array tips private integer tot endglobals
private function ini takes nothing returns nothing local trigger t = CreateTrigger() set tips[0] = "Bleh" set tips[1] = "Blah" set tips[2] = "Bum" set tips[3] = "Tips" set tot = 3 call TriggerRegisterPlayerChatEvent(t,GetLocalPlayer(),"tip",true) call TriggerAddAction(t, function showtips) endfunction endscope
u all come c. this noob make codes again. he use string array for tips. u know what? dota got many many tips yet icefrog don't want to use string array also. because string array is very very slow. only a noob like sevion will do code like that. dun believe sevion's lie. He will post later and tell u he is better than icefrog.
pwned pwned.......

Seriously, I think you guys should stop arguing with Sevion. Sevion is a complete moron anyway.
Let him show off. So what?
Sevion do you know that a trigger itself is a handle? FFS do some researches before you show off. How idiotic it is if some random noobs here believe you and use your code.
And for darkknight, you probably is a kid. Though it's funny what you post but I believe you have to stop or you might get banned by admins.
And for initiald, you are a respected member overall. So I don't think you need to argue with a random boaster comes from a random place.
private function ini takes nothing returns nothing local trigger t = CreateTrigger() set tips[0] = "Bleh" set tips[1] = "Blah" set tips[2] = "Bum" set tips[3] = "Tips" set tot = 3 call TriggerRegisterPlayerChatEvent(t,GetLocalPlayer(),"tip",true) call TriggerAddAction(t, function showtips) endfunction endscope
That would not desync.
And, how the hell am I supposed to know what the hell he's using it for? As long as you don't create a handle IN THE ACTIONS, it won't desync.
I already know that a trigger extends a handle. But as long as you don't CREATE A HANDLE IN THE ACTIONS, it won't desync.
Maybe YOU are the ones who should do some research.
Oh, and Dark Knight, seriously. Learn to spell and use correct grammar. Fuckin loser.

Read the first post. He wanted it on a cp. You know what is a cp?
You obviously has given a wrong answer to the thread starter. That's why you are lame, blind and stupid.
Idiot.
p/s A trigger like that will cause a lot of problems. Desync would be soon or later. Maybe you test it on a LAN game? Haven't meantion memory glitches yet. Noob. Argue as much as you like. I believe some random noobs would eventually believe your lies.
Why haven't this noob get banned yet? sighs
For those who don't know sevion: he is the one who said a global integer could be faster then local integer. On that thread, I pointed out how stupid he was. Till now he dare not to answer me on that thread. Read this thread : Link This idiot has many new theories on this mind, which are all, flawed. rofl
Also, sevion is a thief. Read this: Link I asked him if he had stolen some codes. He didn't dare to reply.
All right. Let him yell all around here. Hope you guys don't believe whatever he says.

Sighs.What's happenning?
That guy only asked one question about JJ cp and then all this mess comes. He was asking a question about optimizing JJ activator part. Why I said so? Because the code he showed didn't have a dash(-) on it. It's very obvious he was asking about JJ activator triggers.
Hmmm. Since Sevion was so sure that he's right I did a quick test. Using his suggetion I edited JJ'cp and then did a test. I desynced. Don't believe it? Try to use GetLocalPLayer() instead of Player(i) on JJ cheat activator part and try? Only idiot will keep arguing about this. Opss, maybe Sevion will come back and tell you that he is still right. It's just problems on JJcp, not his problems. lol This wasn't the first time Sevion spammed. Last time I was asking a question about DotA Glitches. And then yet he came and tell me that I have made a syntax error that needed to be fixed. I was like "wtf?" I said clearly that I know how to do it. It just a glitch. But obviously Sevion don't like to read much or think much before he replies. With a those GUI-stlye codes he did, I have nothing to say. Move this topic to GUI section maybe? Maybe he wanna to get up to 100 posts as fast as possible? Maybe he just want to show off as fast as possible? Who knows? Whatever.
Georgemots, don't tell me that he is your friend. Is he?
We're arguing about 4 lines of code being inefficient / space consuming?
Sweet. Want some real speed?
Code:
function bartballs doesn't take shit returns queer local trigger t = CreateTrigger() local integer i = 0 loop exitwhen i < 0 call TriggerRegisterPlayerChatEvent(t, Player( i ), "imgay", false ) set i = i +1 endfunction

It would be heavier on the coder, both in terms of time spent and in terms of readability. Using a loop instead of typing every line of a sequence manually wastes more power. But it doesn't matter since it's only run once. Unless it's a trigger that runs hundreds of time in the game, then you'd better do efficient codes.
typing out every lines faster than using a loop faster than calling a BJ function
