It's precompiled back to normal Jass, I don't get what you're saying.
As for the efficiency, There's pretty much no need in being that efficient, unless you're making a heavy duty system that makes a ton of calculations and runs every 0.03 seconds, then maybe, but in a simple map, I seriously doubt it's going to be calculating anything that big.
As to the topic creator, Just go grab a decent Jasser, and teach him all he needs to know. vJass is very easy to adapt to if you already know the basics.
