Hi, i have spent some time here seearching for an answer but ididnt find.
SO i have a map which i would like to open (Well, it's few maps but all of them have same issue).

While opening i have that "loading regions" and shit amount of them, i did search for an answer but didnt find any.
How can i unprotect that?

I just wanna open map, maybe delete trees, if there would be triggers so i could check few things it would be awesome.
Overall it's MZI map (medievial zombie invasion) and it has like "secrets" but since there are no any hints on how to find them i am trying my luck here.

CHeers!

You will not be able to view triggers after unprotecting a map. The trigger data is permanently removed when the map is protected.

The map script still exists, so you can see the code by extracting the "war3map.j" file with an MPQ editor, and then opening it. You need to know how to read JASS code though.

GUI restoration is possible, but it's highly theoretical right now. It has to be done manually (no one made a tool yet) and it takes a very long time to do. It may have been done once before, but I doubt it has been done many more times than that.
