If the map has MPQ protection, how do u use MPQMaster?

You can't right?

So right now, i am using RMPQ Extractor
How do i compact + flush the edited war3map.j into the old one?(Replacing the old war3map.j with the new war3map.j)

but where can i change the loading screen picture, how to i open to edit it?
i found the loading screen but when i extract it is a TGA file how to open to edit the PICTURE?
