Yes. Use mpqmaster with a listfile, extract the maps .wts and .w3i.

now open the .w3i with a hex editor and if you see the map name in there change it, if you see like trigstr_xxx then forget it, open the .wts in notepad and find the map name in there, change it, save it.

now just use mpqmaster, reimport it, replace, and youre good.

You also need to hex edit the original .w3x (map file) to get one of the names of a map as well.
