Editing scoreboard

Hello wc3edit.net,
I wanted to learn how people put hacks into maps that enable them to edit the top right corner score/stat drop down box values to any value they want, can anyone teach me how to insert cheats to edit the stuff in the box or point me to a guide? Btw I don't have any experience in coding so you might need to slow down a bit or explain some stuff to me.

i would like to learn this as well. i checked that it can be done with cheatengine but i can't seems to find the correct bytes

if u want to cheat the map scoreboard then i am pretty sure it works with different variables... i remember doing that from "Escaping Gay Space 1.8e" or was it "C"? i dont remember.. anyhow what i did is just find the variable.. and change it. tho i am pretty sure its not the same on all maps... each author has its own way of doing it... in other words. its not like a CP where everything is all ready wrote by some1 else. its learning the code and changing it as u want it to be.
