Ok, so i found Shammano & Hot/Ozzapoo CP's directed genocide commands, -adie60 and -kall (but not b4 me getting resu ability), really useful. But the problem is on maps that have this CP it disables patrol for everyone and changes it to a teleport skill even without entering the CP's activator.

So I'm wondering how to completely get rid of the whole "-tele" related codes (btw if u input the CP activator and typed -tele again it wont disable it like what it says in the "-advanced" in-game guide)

No one ever tried to correct the always on tele glitch so I thought it might be better to custom remove it than to ever try to correct it.
