If all you did was edit directly and only functions then the only reason I can think for it failing is that something is relieing on the data you changed, anyway if even after ghetto's help your still erroring say so and i'll go bout making the infinite time/flags ver when I get back on.

After screwing around with the map, I finally got it to work. It was, for some reason, a bug in my -kick function that I had added. It seems as though, as you stated, the map crashes whenever you add a CreateTrigger(). It was not a global variable trigger, I created it in the function main, and added events/conditions/actions there without creating a new global variable. I guess the protection really has something to do with CreateTrigger().

Which makes me think, if the guy said, "You have to understand handles", maybe he was referring to those triggers in some sort of way? Maybe to the H2I function? I really can't understand how the map could crash during loading though...

I'm very interested in this protection, and I'd like to know more. If you guys could brainstorm ideas...

If you think about it is all you really need to figure out is how one would count triggers, and i'm not sure if the way in counting triggers I would use would be able to count before the game started, i'll just have to find that out when the time comes :), though I also don't know how they would crash it at load, I do have a few ideas I mite test when I want to try using this in my map though.

It probably isn't something that counts the triggers directly, because then, I can't see how they could make it crash at load... One thing that we could do would be removing all function processes until we find the bug xD

If thats what you want to do it wouldn't take that long either as pretty much most of the j is dedicated to detection and movement, so it shouldn't be to hard to find the couple oddballs in it. However when I do something I like to try to make it myself first before I even look at someone elses because then I mite not come up with a better idea, and instead be restricted to thinking of doing it how they have done it. Also i've lost most interest in this after seeing how easy it is to go around it, though its useful against those who only know how to add a cheatepack thats pretty much as far as it can go. I would imagine it would be a nice lil addition though and when the time comes I will try to make my own way of doing it.

We've already figured out the problem... But I think hindy wants to keep is a secret seeing how he used this same protection in his map... 8)
