The map seemed a little different when open... wonder if there's any significant difference?

i do not quite understand the part where you say extract the listfile part. Can you explain it more clearly?

I extract listfile then wad do i do? The listfile in xdep is in .txt but what i extract out is not in .txt

Don't extract the file called (listfile). In RMPQEx, there's a button at the bottom left that say Extract listfile... . Click it, and choose a place and a name for the listfile (add a .txt extension to the filename, because RMPQEx normally doesn't put an extension on it). Then, use that listfile for the deprotection process.

(listfile) in the map usually doesn't have all of the names, which is why we use Auto search in RMPQEx and then extract the one the program makes.
