So basically I have a Enfo's MT deprotected, but when I add some stuff into it, then save it, I have tons of compile errors. Then when I try to play it exits to WC III Home screen, any idea why?

Most likely, you put the triggers into "one jass script" mode making it unreadable. Give map to me and ill recover it as best I can with GUI triggers.
