Yo folks i'll start exactly like told in *rules* thread.

Hey, this map is an AoS Style thing where you play as a team in a forest and kill creeps and slay heroes etc.

It's DotA Allstars i think you know how this one works
if not here is some explanation:

The war3map.j file has been hidden in scripts/
(managed to fix that one)

The war3map.w3i file has been corrupted...
(cannot manage to fix that one so i'm asking for
advice on how to do it)

Took a deep scan listfile of the MPQ Recoverer
and tried to handle it with Deprotect

read the readme a few times but still
didn't get it, so maybe someone can
explain it to me in other words.

I'd be very pleased if you would (i know you can)
help me. On deprotecting this one.

IF i got it you want to deprotect right? Did you try X-dep?

xdep rarly works on dota. You would be better of either finding a template or downloading an old version...

Yes, i would like to deprotect it.
And NO i didn't try xdep on it, because i think of it
as being a waste of time, i don't think it'll work on DotA
even if Deprotect is "out of date" i managed to
get some parts of the map back working
but i still don't know how to reconstruct

the war3map.w3i file...

But ok i'll give xdep a try maybe it helps me somehow

edit: with some help from me xdep
managed to open up the map but at least 70%
of the map got lost while deprotecting so it's *nearly* useless...
i'll upload it somewhere so people who are interested can use it.
IMPORTANT: You cannot build in cheats and play it the map is totally
crushed! You can learn from the JASS source
(some most of it couldn't be retrieved)
and you can export the sounds if you want but
remember this deprotect isn't worth playing

soon give me 1-2 Weeks. (Help is still appreciated)
